SAMENTA Opens Registration for Free Microsoft 365 Copilot & Financing Day for SMEs
Kuala Lumpur, 5 November 2026 — Registration is now open for Empowering SMBs for Growth: Microsoft 365 Copilot & Financing, a free full-day programme for SME owners and decision makers at UOB Plaza 1 in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 18 November 2026.
SAMENTA is a partner on the programme alongside Microsoft, UOB, UOB FinLab, Ingram Micro and EVO. The day is built around the three questions SME owners keep putting to the association: what AI can actually do inside a business today, how to secure it once it is in use, and how to fund the investment.
It is a working session rather than a seminar. Delegates are asked to bring a laptop because the afternoon is hands-on, with live demonstrations of Microsoft 365 Copilot and a walk-through of building an agent without writing code.
What the day covers
Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI — what Copilot does inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, and where it returns real hours to a small team
Microsoft 365 Business Premium — the security, identity and device-management baseline a small business needs before it turns AI on
UOB financing for SMBs — the funding routes available to SMEs paying for the transition
SAMENTA SME support — the association’s own programmes and assistance for members
SME Corporation Malaysia 2027 programme initiative — the support being lined up for small and medium enterprises under the 2027 plan
Agent Builder and multi-model reasoning demonstration — how an SME builds a working agent from existing business tools
Copilot live demonstration — run on the delegates’ own laptops during the hands-on session

The programme is aimed at SME owners, directors and decision makers — the people who sign off on a software subscription, a security posture and a financing facility. Places are limited and admission is free, but registration is required in advance.
