SAMENTA Southern Region Elects New Leadership for 2026/2029 Term, Eyes JS-SEZ Opportunities

SAMENTA Southern Region has officially elected its new leadership team to steer the chapter forward for the 2026–2029 term, following the association’s triennial elections.

The Southern Region is entering one of its most exciting eras yet. With the development of the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JS-SEZ) gaining serious momentum, the Southern chapter sits at the epicenter of unprecedented cross-border trade, investment, and growth.

SAMENTA National President Datuk William Ng expressed full confidence in the new line-up, stating it will ensure SMEs in Johor are not just spectators, but key beneficiaries and drivers of the JS-SEZ ecosystem.
