Another incredible milestone for the SAMENTA AI Fest and Hyperlokal 50 Malaysia tour! We successfully hosted our latest event right at Safetyware HQ in Penang, bringing practical, business-ready AI directly to local SMEs.
A special shoutout and thank you to the three newly elected SAMENTA National VPs who came to support the session. The energy in the room was fantastic as we continue this nationwide run to empower local SMEs.
During the event, we brought together academia, business owners, and technology players as a joint panel to discuss what we can do next with AI — and in particular, the future of websites and brand exposure in the agentic era.
The panel made one thing clear: the future of branding is being written by AI. As intelligent agents and automated workflows become the front door to how customers discover and evaluate businesses, SMEs must build brands that AI can read, trust, and recommend.
